Welcome to the Brim Chargers Electric Vehicle Charging Application (“the App”). Before using this application, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
App usage and scope
The App provides an interface for electric vehicle owners to locate and access electric vehicle charging stations. Users must own or have permission to use an electric vehicle and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Account registration
To use the App, users may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
Charging stations information
The information provided in the App about electric vehicle charging stations is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the data accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the information.
Usage of charging stations
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and usage of charging stations. Any damages or issues arising from the use of charging stations must be resolved between the user and the charging station owner or operator.
Payment & billing
Where the App offers payment for charging sessions, transactions are processed via our payment partner. By initiating a charging session through the App, you authorise Brim Chargers Ltd to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App. This includes (but is not limited to) interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by automated means without permission, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brim Chargers Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or charging stations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
